SCHEDULES

Your volunteer schedules have been posted. Log in to your FestiVOL account & click on “My Events” to view your shift hours. The exact department or job will not be listed here because it is subject to change depending on the festival’s needs. I’ll let you know where you’re headed when you check in for your shift!

TICKETS

You should all have received your e-ticket via email at this point. Please print the ticket or have it available on your phone when you arrive at the box office.

If you carpool with 3+ people, you will be reimbursed the $30!

  • Snacks (meals will not be provided on shift, but pre-post shifts will be given a lunch break)

CHECKING IN / OUT OF SHIFTS

You will check in & out of every volunteer shift at Volunteer HQ. This is the only way you will get credit for the hours you are putting in. From there, you will either be picked up or we will take you in a golf cart where you need to be.

A single shower voucher will be provided to those of you working Mon-Wed (pre-fest), as well as those working Mon-Wed (post-fest). During the event, Oasis showers are available for purchase.

Again, meals are NOT provided. Please come prepared! There will be food vendors on-site from Wed-Mon. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitiate to get in touch – volunteers@2014.whatthefestival.com
