Pressha

Pressha is one of the most versatile DJ/artists on the West Coast and is a master of the heavy sounds of midtempo, dubstep and drum and bass. Throwing down a wild variety of sick beats with impeccable mixing skills, Pressha is immersed in the party and responsive to the desires of his audience. With a gift for creating scorching dance floor riots, Pressha can be found in all over the Pacific Northwest having as much fun as the crowd getting down to his rich and funky beats.

From an early background mixing hip hop and classic rock, Pressha discovered breaks and was hooked on the chunky, dance-friendly beats, which he was soon playing out all over the Puget Sound region. Now skilled in numerous genres, Pressha is an established player at numerous Seattle hot spots and was the first Iron DJ on The Vortex C89.5, playing three genres in three hours live.

An active member of the Burning Man community, Pressha’s exposure to the slower tempos and world music sounds of the festival has created in him a driving passion for sharing the beat-centric, bass-drenched sounds that are sweeping the West Coast.

A busy performer, Pressha has opened for Skrillex, The Glitch Mob, Adam F, Caspa, 12th Planet, Dieselboy, MiM0SA and many more, and he is a regular feature at Seattle’s Decibel Festival. Hot off an East Coast tour with Polish Ambassador and a West Coast tour with Love & Light and Gladkill that included Emissions Festival, Pressha’s performance skills are more in-demand than ever. Hand-picked as one of twelve locals to play Paradiso Festival with Knife Party and Dillon Francis in front of 30,000 screaming fans, Pressha’s skills are taking him straight up to the top.

As one of the top dubstep, midtempo and drum and bass DJs in the Seattle community, Pressha will most definitely continue to lay new twists to whatever sound he is playing at the moment. And we will continue to dance.
