3: CHOOSE YOUR PARKING OR SHUTTLE PASSES:
If you did NOT purchase Car Camping, RV & Trailer Camping, or Boutique Camping options, you will need to pre-purchase a General Parking Pass or Shuttle tickets before arriving to the festival box office.
For those with vehicles carrying 3 or more people, you will be rewarded for carpooling with a parking reimbursement at the event!

WTF is partnering once again with Eco-Shuttle to provide environmentally friendly shuttle option (operating on 100% biodiesel)

3RD PARTY PURCHASES:
What The Festival does not guarantee any tickets purchased on Craigslist or any other 3rd party. We encourage all sales to go directly through EventBrite as there are plenty of GA and OMG tickets still available. If you bought or are selling a ticket via a 3rd party site, we will not guarantee them or issue any refunds should there be a problem with the Print At Home Ticket. Please make all purchases directly from us via the EventBrite site (Please keep in mind that even if a ticket has an EventBrite logo on it, that it could be fraudulent unless it is purchased directly from their site). Also be aware that fraud can exist when selling to an unsuspecting 3rd party.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable. The Event retains the right to cancel, rescind or revoke any ticket purchases at any time prior to delivery of the actual tickets to the purchaser, for any reason whatsoever in the Event’s sole discretion. If anyone attempts to sell or sells an Event ticket for above face value, or purchases an Event ticket with the intention of reselling it for above face value, the Event has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any such ticket without advance notice, and once cancelled, the ticket will be null and void and will not grant the holder any right to enter the Event.
